About Idfyed and this privacy policy
Idfyed Solutions AB, Reg. No. 559189-1006 (the “Company” or “we”), will be processing your personal data when you use our digital service Idfyed. We will act as data controller for such processing. This means we are obligated to make sure the processing is carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and the principles set out in this privacy policy.
For us, it is of great importance that you feel confident regarding what personal data of yours we collect, and how we process such data. This privacy policy covers all necessary information regarding our processing of your personal data, which is why it is important that you read this before you use Idfyed. If you are not comfortable with, or do not understand in which way how we process your personal data, you should not use Idfyed. What personal data do we process and how are your personal data used?
At the time of registration in Idfyed, and thereafter, you can choose to save some of your personal data, such as name and email. This data, just as any personal data which you, at each occasion, give us the approval to transfer in order for you to identify yourself through Idfyed towards companies or other actors that have entered into an agreement with us regarding Idfyed (a “Third Party”), is stored in Idfyed, only for the purpose to facilitate for you the next time you choose to identify yourself through the service. Exactly what personal data that are stored, depends on what data you choose to register and transfer. We will only process personal data of yours that have been provided by you in Idfyed.
To give you an overview of what personal data you have transferred, and to whom, we will save your usage history of Idfyed. We will also, in so far as you choose to verify your User Account through e.g. email, store the data which have been verified, to be able to recreate your User Account at a potential loss of this.
The legal basis for the processing described above, is for us to be able to fulfil our obligations in accordance with the agreement between us which includes our delivery of our service Idfyed. However, at each occasion when your personal data are to be transferred to a Third Party, you will need to consent to such transfer.
Personal data may also be processed based on our legitimate interest to provide and improve Idfyed e.g. by analysing your usage of Idfyed on an aggregated and anonymized level, and for statistical purposes.

To whom is your personal data transferred?
We always observe great caution when transferring your personal data and your personal data are only transferred in accordance with this privacy policy and after taking appropriate security measures. We would like to emphasize that we do not sell your personal data to anyone.
When you use Idfyed you will be asked whether you would like to transfer certain personal data to a Third Party. If you give your consent to such transfer, to identify yourself, that Third Party will become data controller for the transferred personal data. We recommend you read the applicable privacy policy for such Third Party, since we neither can, nor have the possibility to take responsibility for that Third Party’s processing of personal data.
If whole, or parts of our business is sold, or integrated in another business, your personal data may, based on our legitimate interest, be transferred to a new owner of the business to enable the new owner to continuously provide Idfyed.

For how long, in which way, and where are your personal data stored?
We take all reasonable measures to make sure that your personal data is processed and stored in a secure way. All personal data are stored in encrypted form on the Company’s or our partners’ servers within the EU.
If you are registered as a user of Idfyed, your data will be stored until you deregister in accordance with the instructions provided on www.idfyed.com (the “Website”). At deregistration, the User Account and the personal data contained will be deleted. If you do not use your User Account for two years, your User Account will be blocked.

Your rights
By sending us written notice in accordance with the contact details below, you have the right to:

request information regarding what personal data concerning you we process and how such the data are used;

request that your personal data are corrected, provided that the personal data processed are incomplete or inaccurate;

request that your personal data are erased or that the processing of your personal data is restricted; and

in certain cases, object to the processing of your personal data and to request that your personal data are transmitted in a machine-readable format (data portability).
To protect your privacy and your personal data, we may demand that you identify yourself when assisting you in these matters.
If we process your personal data on the legal basis of your consent, you are at any time, by sending us written notice in accordance with the contact details below, able to withdraw your consent. Such withdrawal may be made in whole or in part. A withdrawal of consent does however not affect lawfulness of processing based on consent given by you before withdrawal (e.g. data already transferred to a Third Party).

Changes in this privacy policy
We reserve the right to, at any time, make changes in this privacy policy to the extent such changes are necessary to take care of any disturbances, or to comply with any new legal or technical requirements. All changes in this privacy policy will be published on our Website and in the app.
A new version of this privacy policy is effective from the time set out in the new version. After such time, it becomes effective against you the first time you use Idfyed, or in any other way approves the new terms. The from time to time applicable privacy policy is available on the Website and in the app.
